One would be the Ali in the years between Folley and Quarry I. I think these would have been his peak years...reflexes plus growing strength.
George Foreman I combined with George FormanII. The youthful reflexes with the canny experienced guy who knew how to preserve his energy. It was amazing in the second time around how he was the one who wasn't breathing as hard as the guy ten years or more younger.
Anybody got any others like this? Not just heavyweights. And don't throw in Tony Ayala. He would NOT have made it all the way if he hadn't gone to jail. No need to mention The Hurricane either.That myth has already been punctured.
