from his record Katsidis is a KO puncher and I dont think Earl is that good so Earl could loose this one.

This was from sky sports
British lightweight rivals Amir Khan and Graham Earl are keen on a showdown later in the year, possibly with a world title at stake.
Earl takes on unbeaten Australian Michael Katsidis for the interim WBO lightweight belt on February 7, with Khan also scheduled to appear on the bill at Wembley Arena.
The winner of the Earl-Katsidis contest would become WBO champion Acelino Freitas' mandatory challenger.
But the Brazilian's future plans are uncertain, meaning victory for Earl could see him inherit the full world title if Freitas opts to retire.
Asked about a possible future meeting with Khan, Earl said: "I think he's someone [promoter] Sports Network might want to put against me when they think the time's right.
"It could be a big British fight like the Nigel Benn and Chris Eubank days."
Khan was also keen: "In another six, seven or eight months, it will be a good fight for me if Graham gets the title.
"I'd be happy to take it off him."
Khan is unbeaten in 10 fights since turning professional following his silver medal at the 2004 Olympics.
He claimed a unanimous decision over 10 rounds in his most recent outing against Richard Drilzane in December.
But the 20-year-old will go back down to eight rounds against a yet to be named opponent at Wembley.
