Can anyone tell me what time he wil be on in the uk? Dont no whether to watch it live or on the reply the next day cheers

years ago i never used to mind these middle of the night start times but these days they just seem to f**k up my body clock.
immediately after the fight ends i`m always a bit wired (especially if its been a good fight) and cant sleep for about an hour or two. by then its early in the morning and by the time i get my `standard 8` i wake up in the middle of the afternoon.
come sunday night i just cant kip.
monday morning in work i`m like a zombie.
it takes me to about wednesday to get back to normal.

its called getting old, and im only 27
