What do you tink if dese two fought????? Who would win????

Witter by KO, Corrales walks onto something big. He doesnt have the ability to land on smaller slick fighters when in his prime (Mayweather/Casamoya). So a powerful 140lb slick fighter who can bang will finnish him off.

Witter Ko's Diego's china chin.

Maybe a win over a name like Corrales could tempt Hatton In fighting Junior.

Its a close fight to call. Corrales has got quick hands aswell and I would imagine would have real KO power at the weight.

It might be a question of who lands first. Witter undoubtedly has the better chin, but if Corrales catches you right he could hurt anyone.

Diego Corrales might be past his best, but he still has enough to more than test Witter. Just remember Corrales ISN'T Morua, he isn't Corley and he most certainly isn't N'dou.

How many top level guys has Witter bown away exactly?
In fact,how many top guys has Witter actually BEAT?

I would fancy Witter to do the job(points,maybe late stoppage)against an old Diego,but it would'nt be as easy as some suggest.

Lets turn that round - how many much smaller lighter hitting guys had Corrales on queer street? Castillo (the KO shot in the 4th round didnt seem to even have too much on it), Mayweather (reknowned light hitter), Cassamoya (good hitter but much smaller and nowhere near as powerful a puncher as Witter). Add to those facts that Corrales may be past his prime and still try to fight as if he has a massive weight advantage when he doesn't.

I see your point,Corrales has always been a little vulnerable.
But having Diego on queer street and finishing him off are two different things.
Corrales has a decent pop himself,and Witter is hardly the gung ho type is he?
I would take Junior to beat him,but I would never write Corrales off,especially against an opponent who still has plenty to prove at the top level.

It's a good fight for Junior if it can be made.
Corrales will give him the exposure he desperately needs.

It's a hard fight for both men. Witter could end up looking like Haskins vs Munyai. He could also prove even more bothersome to Diego than Casamayor (compact, southpaw). If you ask me this is a weird matchup and it'd be hard to make a prediction.

Out of Lazcano, Harris and Corrales - I feel this is the one that Witter has the best chance of winning.

Corrales is a tough man, but one too many wars are catching up with him - Mind you he could quite easily blow Witter away, he has the power.

I'd imagine Chicos weight making would account for his vunerability. Since he moved up a weight, he seems to be on stronger legs. He took plenty of flush shots against Freitas and never went down, and he took plenty of big punches of Castillo in the first fight, and didn't go down till late in the fight. Like someone's already said, hes easy to drop, but not so easy to stop.

Just look at the Mayweather fight, down five times, but finished the fight on his feet, same as in his TKO loss to Casa. Infact the only time hes been stopped cold was against against a bigger foe in the second Castillo fight.

Its true Witter will be bigger and stronger than anyone Corrales has fought, but Chico may well benifit from being at a higher weight also. It's an easier fight than Harris IMO, but of the three Lazcano is the easiest fight (not sold on him as a LW yet, hasn't really proved himself).

Witter-Corrales would be the perfect profile builder for Junior, and if they could make it for the Hatton-Castillo PPV in June they could really sell a Hatton-Witter fight for the end of the year.

The best stage for Witter-Corrales has to be for the Mayweather-DLH PPV, I wonder what they'l lspend on the undercard for that though. Witter would be a world title fight at a low price for that card all the same
