all i can say is, they have to do better than this shit.

afer the Haye fiasco - you know, '5 options' and 'no insurance against an Enzo pullout' - youd think warren would be under pressure to bring in a world class opponent.

This opponent is ranked no.31 in the world??? What the hell is this ???

Would obviously have preferred to have seen Enzo/Haye but I don't think this is a terrible match up. Cantatore is better than the men Haye has been fighting recently.

He's slow, but can punch - Had Nelson down and then in a bit of trouble - a bit to slow without the variety to really threaten the stoppage, but then it would appear that Nelson is a bit more durable than Enzo.

Three of his 4 defeats have come by stoppage - but 2 were at Heavyweight and he did last 10 vs Steve Cunnigham.

Just about acceptable.

How do you see the fight going? I think he'll provide a tough, tough workout for Enzo and wouldn't rule out a Cantatore victory. Still not sure about where Enzo's career is heading to be honest though.

anyone can last ten with Cunningham, unless you're a super middle who got stopped by Ottke. What was that guy's name? He was a Jamaican and Steve Holdsworth confused him with Glen Johnson!

Did show a decent chin vs Nelson though - but Enzo is a bigger puncher than Johnny.

Is it Lloyd Bryan you meant - he didn't get stopped by Ottke though, but was floored.

that was him, Bryan, copped a bit of a beating from Ottke nonetheless.

Vadim Tokarev would beat the hell out of him. Skill, power, good body puncher and good recovery powers.

I tip Tokarev to boss the division within 18 months.

I wouldn't say Cantatore is really any better than Fragomeni or Johannesson ability wise to be honest. He has experience and can punch which are the only two plus points as Enzo's chin still holds question marks.

The thing that strikes me here is that Cantatore is leaving his safe haven of Italia which leads me to believe he after one last payday.

Cantatore is a good opponent IMO, he's durable and carries a decent dig, probably Enzo's toughest opponent to date

The fact he can punch puts him ahead of Fragomeni. He also has a great chin.
