I think Holyfield would have a speed advantage,Spinks a better defense.Equals in size,I think that Spinks excellent power would be negated by Holyfield's chin, and while Holyfield had pretty good power,Spinks chin, should be able to handle it.This could be a tough call.I think Spinks is also the better boxer.Holyfield would press his man,and Spinks would move and counter. But when he had to,Spinks could get down.I like Spinks in a close, fast paced decision win.

Holyfield would be too strong and he had faster hands then Spinks....A prime Holyfield would put more pressure on Spinks and either stop him late or win a clear UD...at 195...
People really tend to forget a prime Holyfield's hand speed....and the volume of punches he used to throw. His ability to put 4/5 punch combinations off the counter were second to none..... Spinks wouldn't have been able to handle this...

i think Spinks had the perfect style to beat Holyfield. Spinks i believe would out box him, avoid getting into slugfest and earn respect with his right hand.
It would be tough, Spinks would be battered, but at the end of 15 rounds I believe he would prevail by close UD or SD.

It's good to know that someone keeps track.I hate to repeat post myself,or mimic others who already posted, but hey, sometimes a guy just can't remember.I have to have my name and password saved to the computer, otherwise I forget that.Maybe I'm punchdrunk.Anyway, thanks for pointing that out Eric,
