Not sure who the best was but Benny Lynch was a very good fighter who never fought in the states.

'The American Giant' Charles Freeman, claimed to be the American Bare-knuckle champion. Never fought in America, was a circus strongman and acrobat, but fought Ben Caunt, William Perry to draws.

Good list...But at least Pascual Perez fought one time in Los Angeles, CA against Pone Kingpetch in the rematch back in 1960. It was El Terrier's last world title bout.
