Bit of a bizarre move for Ashley Theoplane

Despite some dodgy looking performances in the past, I thought Theoplane was impressive against Bosworth in their British lww eliminator last month, and on that performance would give Morrison a good fight.
However, as you know he's been taking a lot of fights in Germany recently (winning the prestigious GBC world title in the process) Well now boxrec has him down to fight former John Murray opponent Azad Azizov in June for a couple of (seriously meaningless) lightweight titles. Obviously June is a long way off and these fights are always liable to alteration to say the least. But for this to be happening someone somewhere thinks Theoplane is up for this.
Bit of a story about nothing really, other than a) surely he should be focusing on the British title; and b) moving to lightweight when he's just won a lww eliminator? It's just confusing me basically.
