Did his scheduled fight in Donegal against Janus Petrovics happen last night?

Yeah it did. I think Eamonn won by three rounds, in a six-rounder.
Apparently Eamonn is scheduled to fight Kevin Anderson next for the British and Commonwealth titles - providing Anderson comes through against Ali Nuumbembe on friday night.

Nothing on the fight itself other than the result but there's a few quotes from the lunatic and trainer Breen over at BBN.

great character is Eamonn and as tough as old boots.
I thought the referee did Hatton a favour when Eamonn had him rocking, but I don't feel he will now reach the levels that his talent deserved.

Think he's referring to Magee as a lunatic. From what I've heard, rightly so.

Nice to see him back to winning ways, albeit at a level he shouldn't be fighting at. I wouldn't like to remember him for his Takaloo performance (especially considering its so amazing that he ever returned).

That's right. Breen is a nice down to earth fella. Magee is a straight up mentalist. A proper 'character'.

Ahh right sorry about that was wondering. Yes you only have to look into Magee's eyes to know he is a head case, a real hard fella.
