WoW kinda puts a new spin on the subject in that it seems Panamian fighters travel ALOT. (Pedroza, Brown & Zapata all being from there.)

The only way that happens now is if a fighter is under the radar. Winky and Baldomir both had to take the world tour before getting a title shot.

Amateur stars like Mayweather and De la Hoya don't have to travel out of the country much since they basically get themselves a title shot in 15-20 pro fights.

I do not think that someone would pass Eddie Perkins in traveling and boxing in almost all over the world. Joe Brown deserves to be mention too. He fought in 16 countries all over the world.
