But (in the last 10 years) what month/year/era had the best 4 champion lineup???

My choice would be DECEMBER 2004:

WBC - Vitali Klistchsko
WBA - John Ruiz
WBO - Lamon Brewster
IBF - Chris Byrd

***NOTE: "Interim titles" DON'T COUNT!!!***

WBC title: Lennox Lewis
WBA title: Evander Holyfield
IBF title: Michael Moorer
WBO title: Herbie Hide
