My great Uncle - Emile Armand Riopel

Hi all,
Funny, I am the only real boxing fan in my family (and extended family). Everyone else in my family are typical baseball and football fans. However, for some reason growing up, I had gravitated towards being a boxing fan. (I assumed it was because it was the only sport where smaller athletes like myself could make a decent amount of money).
Anyway, my mom wrote to me last night to say that her aunt just passed away at 94. I don't think I met her, plus being so far away from home, I can't go to the funeral.
Anyway, my mom told me that my great-uncle was a boxer years ago who died due to bleeding on the brain after a match many many years ago. His wife never remarried.
My Great-Uncle's name was Emile Armand Riopel, but I think he went by Armand Riopel. I can't find any information about him. Can anyone else give it a crack?
He grew up in New Hampshire...other than that, that is all I know.
