Can anyone throw any light on this boxer.

i first came into contact with Steve Williams at my cousins wedding. He was a Jockey (S D Williams) before going pro but i think he was a stable lad boxer too.

anyway, Steve fought for the British Bantamweight title and was beaten, but he fought twice more and vanished.

I was at my cousins in donny a few weeks ago and i asked about Steve, my cousins husband who was also a jockey said he hadnt heard from him in ages.

Shame he didnt win the british title he was a good little fighter!

Who are you and Whos your cousin? because when i speak to my dad ill ask him :)
Thanks yeah he was a good fighter it is a shame he didnt win the title but he did himself proud
