Gammer hopefully, got £50 on him at 6/4 ! Williams weighed in too light aswell at 16'4, reckon he'll be weight drained.

If it wasnt for the fact that Williams has been so fat the last few years then i would say his current weight would be ideal as he isnt that tall for a heavyweight but only time will tell.
It could just be that he has trained his ass off for the first time in years, i hope he hasnt been doing any
funny stuff to drop the pounds.

Remember what happened when Riddick Bowe dropped all that weight for his rematch against Andrew Golota!
His punch resistance totally left him. While I don't think Danny's ever been the most solid around the whiskers, his recuperative powers have always been pretty good, but against Audley every punch that landed shook him up. His legs weren't there at all and that's fatal for a fighter.
I've a soft spot for Danny having met him on a few occasions and had the privilege of watching his epic win over Mark Potter live and the Tyson fight on TV, but I feel he's on a downward spiral from which he'll not climb out of.
Danny KO1

Williams battered to defeat, let's say in 7 rounds.

Gammer, but I'm not totally comfortable with it because with Danny, you never know.
Scott's the man in form, so I'll stick with him.

Well I consider 1 quid on each round a fairly modest amount to lose, I backed round 4-9 for Gammer. Roughly 33-1 to 40-1 on each round.
Also had money on a N'dou v Kotelnik draw at 16-1.

I'm concerned about Danny's weight, it's not hard to envisage him suddenly falling apart through no particularly impressive effort or quality from Gammer. How can Williams be confident about his endurance when he hasn't fought anywhere near this weight for so long?
I suspect we'll see fireworks in the first, that might be enough to get rid of Gammer. I hope so, I don't want to see Danny crumble at this level again.

I am very worried about Danny's rapid weight loss. It may have weakened him significantly, particularly his punch resistance.
Look at the shots Audley hurt him with compared to the shots he took from Tyson.
Heart says Williams, I am fond of Danny.
Head says Gammer, who I think is very very average at best, but Danny may have lost it.
I really hope I am wrong.

My money is on Gammer. Just seen a clip of him working the pads on BBC, he's bigger from lifting weights. Extra power should do him good too with Danny's rapid weight loss, or maybe he's gone in heavier expecting Danny to go for the early KO. I'd prefer Gammer to win though as he's one of our few HW's left with a future to look forward to and I have no interest in another Skelton/Sprott/Audley rematch for Danny.

Danny can lose weight, but he can't turn back time. He's taken a few beatings recently, soooooo.... Gammer on points.

Gammer on points 10/3.

In his pomp,Williams would win this easy, but that looks to have ended a long time ago.
Hope he wins, but I will say take a mediocre(at best)Gammer,by way of points victory.

depends how Danny's lost the weight - if he's trained that hard that he's lost all that weight I'll take him to clearly outpoint Gammer

I'll say Williams KO 8. Has anyone got any pictures from the weigh-in? Searched the net a can't find any.

fcuking pathetic in this day and age we cannot get some weigh in pics....
Williams physical appearance is paramount in picking a winner here....
Like most are suggesting the low weight is good presuming he has done it correctly. A photo would allow you to make a judgement on that.
Remember when williams came in light (234) against Keith Long and then said he had no strength and was out muscled by the lighter Long.... well he has come in even lighter for this fight......
ok, i got splinter on my backside from sitting on this fence....truth is Gammer has never fought anyone of real note. Julius was about 50, Steeds a novice.... a half decent Danny Williams is a huge step up for Scott......
I am picking Danny on the assumption he has trained hard rather than starved himself.....

Goto skysports.com for a pick of Danny, you need to save it to disc and increase brightness with a picture editor

Gammer hasn't been in with anyone who can punch like Danny, so will be interesting to see if he can take it.
I expect Danny to come out throwing bombs, trying to blow Scott away early. If it goes past 6 rounds then i think Gammer might win. Or its Williams with a early KO
