TitleBoutII Software Database Questions

Anyone know who wrote the database software? Does anyone have any "custom upgrades " or private "expert upgraded opinions"?
Just curious as I am getting to know the game better and to appreciate it. It seems it has some oddities that are begging for a rewrite.
I'm Not willing to tamper with it myself but would be greatly interested in who may have taken a "rewrite" project on. EVen if for only a few fighters.

I have the old card game and the first computer game but not Title Bout II. I was always tinkering with fighters from 80s onwards... Once you get to know the basic idea of the game then you can slowly change things. The card games does give you a small insight into how the computer game works...

Hey Ezz I was familiar with it when I was a kid and this new version is very entertaining and high tech. But the subjective info on the fighters is sometimes great and sometimes not. I may be able to tweek on my own with further expereince but was wondering if anyone had attempted it or had any suggestions.

Are you looking for suggestions on fighters or a methodology for implementing changes?

Well if someone had a specific "formula" for a specific fighter I could give that a try. But I'd be "parroting". Overall methodology for fighters in general might be a bit much for me to understand for the moment. However If some one said...change these parameters to these levels on fighter "A" and it would be an improvement....I might be able to implement that.

There is an option on the right side menu on the fighters screen called "Import file(s)". For a wide selection of add-on ratings try here
http://www.ootpdevelopments.com/board/f ... php?f=3647
and in particular here
http://www.ootpdevelopments.com/board/s ... hp?t=87994
http://sports.groups.yahoo.com/group/TBCBratings/
http://www.cornerwork.com/joomla/index. ... &Itemid=44
http://www.royalexplorersclub.net/gpage.html11.html
Or if you want all these here is a database with most of these fighters pre-added but it's kind of a mess with duplicated fighters and multiple ratings by different authors in some cases.
http://rapidshare.com/files/20425814/cornerwork2.rar
Extract to this path on a default install.
C:\Program Files\Out of the Park Developments\Title Bout Championship Boxing 2\Data
Then from the options screen, click the dropdown menu labled "Database". Select "cornerwork2" on the drop down menu. The game will prompt you to restart it. YOU'RE READY TO GO! Over 11,000 fighters now.
Also if you want the definitive photo pack for the game go here
http://www.angelfire.com/games4/cubedrum0/
and in particular here
http://www.angelfire.com/games4/cubedru ... loads.html
Almost 5,000 photos sized and named for the game, packaged in self extracting RAR files that will drop them in the proper folder in your game.
Enjoy!
