Both are dubious unifications, but Mundine is a big name. Kind of like the Oz version of Eubank. The man everyone loves to hate & fights mostly domestic opponents in big events. Doesn't have Eubank's chin, but is just as fast as prime Eubank, has a better repertoire of shots.

Definite career peak - as he outclassed Danny Green last year as well.

Shit the bed, thats quite a result. Dunno much about Mundine, but Soliman is a tough guy, never been stopped.

Impressive.

Good result for Mundine. Hope to see the fight soon since Soliman is not just somebody you normally can just dominate like i hear Mundine did.

BTW he cannot unify against Calzaghe since Kessler is superduperchamp

Green now Solimon a pretty good comeback for Mundine. Kessler is made to look even better

What are you saying? Eastman is a near legend. If only he'd tried, he would've beaten ABRAHAM, MIRANDA & JOPPY.

Seriously though SS has taken a lot of late notice fights and acquitted himself well many times on hostile turf.

Mundine has dominated Green and Soliman in his last 2 major fights. No one has battered Sam Soliman like that.

I'm not so certaint about Winky's great standing either. He's got a great jab and a good defence, but aside from that, not a great deal.

I was being slightly ironic. Eric Raskin over at Maxboxing said Wright "was easily a top 3 p4p" and a "sure Hall of Famer" which made me laugh a bit and I can't resist quoting.

Anyway, Mundine just pissed all over someone that Mr Legend struggled with. Soliman's a tremendously difficult opponent to fight and Mundine has proven he's ready for much bigger things.

i think it would be a great fight for froch, an absolute tear up, and im sure hennessy could make this fight, in the uk too.
