Hoping someone can help...

I was at an Army Charity Boxing Event recently and bought the "Visit Rick Hatton Training Camp" item. I was given a copy of a letter signed by Ray Hatton with an address at "Punch Promotions", in Queens Drive, Gee Cross, Hyde plus a phone number.

I've been trying the number off and on for weeks, and all I get is an answering machine with an American accent! I thought it might be becuase the family was in the US, but they should be back by now..??

Does anyone have a current address for "Punch Promotions" - or better still a working e-mail for Ray/Ricky, or even a telephone number??

It's getting abit frustrating not being able to claim the prize!

Incidentally, I saw a letter in last Fri's BN from one of the organisers of that Army Charity Event thanking Carl Froch, Junior W, Robert McCracken and Mick Hennessy for attending and supporting the show. I met with both Carl Froch and Junior Witter, and found them both very pleasant guys. Froch in particular - who I had only previously seen in his "I'm the best" TV build up mode - came across as a really decent guy.

I'm not sure what exactly is "Punch Promotions" though.... I think its just the banner for Hatton's merchandise - cause Hattons' fights have either been Sports Network, Fight Academy, and/or Banner promotions.

Those T-shirts are rather crap! I'm always amazed by how shite most boxing merchandise is in this country, the Americans have done it well with the likes of Kronk and Everlast producing some very nice attractive and fashionable gear that people actually want to wear. Lonsdale aren't bad, but a bit old fashioned.

i like lonsdale as well.

i bought a hatton t shirt about 3 yrs back now.

Thanks, stu...I'll e-mail Paul speak and see if he can advise. I suspect the document I have is quite old and can see myself in the awkward position of asking for my money back!

I got an Everlast Hoodie off my brother for my 21st last December.

I buy tons of Lonsdale gear, nicely priced and comfortable.

It's really annoying. Everlast have some wicked stuff on their website if you look, but they don't ship it to the UK, and there's no UK distributor for them either! They sell a few bits over here, but not the whole range.

These sell all kinds of Everlast gear.

Looks like their sites going through updates but I think their shops In Essex.

Reyes Gear Is more expensive than the Everlast stuff.
