Chris John Wanting to Come Out of Comfort Zone

Chris John, WBA feather champ who controversially beat Juan Manuel Marquez, says he wants to fight in America for big fights - albeit in the feather division.

Nice one - I felt that though John was very lucky to beat JMM, he's still an excellent fighter who's learning.

Very good long range boxer and his left hand did damage JMM's eye. Will be good to see him in something high profile. Shame that every top class fighter moved up to 130! But he can potentially be champion a very long time.

I was wondering, are there any British fighters who could try & get a fight with him now that he's looking for paydays away from home?

Derry Matthews perhaps, since he's the best in the world?

Seriously, the only guy I can possibly think of with even half a shout is Cook, who's #7.
