Who are the great and greatest fighters of this overlooked division?

Johnny Dundee spent much of his career campigning around 130lb, I just wanted to throw his name into the mix as I feel he's one of the guys who doesn't get the credit he deserves.

Ezzard, of the list you put up there all such top fighters it's hard to pick out the best. Mayweather is obviously the one who's 130lb career I'm most familiar with and he was pretty special at that weight. He could have been undisputed champ for a good few years if he chose to stick around.

It's hard to rate fighters in the Jr/Super Divisons because so often in the past fighters have used the division as a stepping stone.
Most of the fighters that have mentioned were great fighters. A few more that weren't as good as most of those guys but who were pretty good were Boza Edwards, Chacon and Limon. They had some great fights against each other and against others as well.

Great list, the only one I would drop from it is Chavez. He was much better at 35 & 40. Though he had a pretty extended run, it wasn't as impressive as the company he is keeping on here. But I must admit to finding JCC overrated as a whole. So maybe that is just my bias. Life and death with laporte & Lockridge, who were both solid fighters, doesn't put him in the class of the others imo.

As I said in the other thread, Floyd or Alexis gets my vote based on accomplishments at the weight. Canzo & Saddler were probably the greatest fighters on that list, but their best work was done elsewhere.

A name to add to that list is Ben Villaflor.

Saddler, with Armstrong as my runner-up. Surprising depth, here. Sanchez would've been a contender for it, had he campaigned at the weight.
