Guzman is moving up to fight Katsidis next month. Technically, he will still be WBO SF champion, but if he wins, or decides to stay at 135, then that leaves the title vacant.

Arhtur is currently the WBO #3 behind Manny and the Georgian Koba Gogoladze. I doubt Manny is interested in picking up the title, but even if he were I wouldn't be surprised to see Arthur then leapfrog Gogoladze into #2. WBO title ahoy!

Just as well, as Arthur has now been taken out of the IBF's rankings altogether, which, considering he was once #3, and has not lost since, is a joke

Nah I think the fearless Arthur will go to the Phillipines to take on Pacquiao in his backyard for his title, rip out Mannys heart with his teeth and then call out Marquez and Guzman in the aftermath.

It'll probably be a safe WBO shot....
