What's quite evident from the footage, is that Enzo instilled discipline and professionalism into Joe from an early age. Enzo was/is a big part of Joe's training, particularly during the years that he would spar, run with Joe etc.
Considering that prior to Joe, Enzo had not trained a fighter before, it's an even bigger achievement where Joe and his father have got to i.e. being champion for so long, reaching such a high level in a difficult sport etc.
