Organize Crime and Boxing in the 1950's (IBC)

Hello,
With my research on Yvon Durelle, it brought me to search for more information on the IBC, its leaders and organized crime. From others, it brought me to know more about the IBC, Frankie Carbo (Mafia Boxing), Blinky Palermo (Mafia manager), Truman Gibson (IBC), James D. Norris (IBC), etc. In the 1950's, there was also the Investigation of Organize Crime in American Society, from others, it touched boxing very closely. Senator Estes Kefauver leaded this commission. On the web, you will find many articles with references to the above.
Other material on this topic, there is the book titled «James D. Norris and the Decline of Boxing» by Nagler (1964):
http://dogbert.abebooks.com/servlet/Boo ... =112984096 . The book follows Norris involvment from the begining to the dismantle of the IBC by the Kefauver commission. A very interesting research. The IBC had control over all championship tilte matches and boxing establishments in the United States, like the Detroit Olympia, New York, Chicago with James D. Norris. In addition, lately I have contacted the United States Archives in order to find / order documents on the Kefauver commission, subject of boxing. There are other books on the subject.
Do you have any information to share on the above? I really would like to expand my knowledge on the subject. Do you have articles or books to recommend, references?
Thanks for writing replies.
