Just occured to me. What does anyone reckon about trying to get a few of us together who are based in London to watch this show?

Does anyone know anywhere, like the Sports Bar for instance that are showing this?

I mean, I've got sky TV, and I could watch it at home, but would be a lot more fun to go somewhere and watch it on the big screen.

Shame really, Riley's pool clubs used to show big boxing matches, but they don't show Sky TV any more.

Anyone think of a pub where they could get a lock in to watch it?

I tried in vein to find somewhere to watch the last Hatton PPV whilst on a filthy beano in the big smoke - I was thwarted at every turn.

Ended up nutted in the russain bar in shoreditch and as I climbed in to the cab at just after 5am (they close at 5am on a sat night/sunday morning) I heard the aftermath of the disappointing fight on 5 live.

As its not on PPV they would put it on on there for you..I like the place and would recommend it :TU:

If I had a bigger gaff I'd invite people around to get a bit of an atmosphere going, but my place just ain't big enough.

What's this Russian bar place?

Actually I know somewhere which might show it. There's a place called potters in Streatham which might show it actually, good place, can drink all night, is open very late, and you can play cards and pool/snooker there as well.

It’s a quality bar with a dance room downstairs – run by russian’s funnily enough - and whilst when I first went in there I was a bit on edge as a brummie well out of my area, by the end of the night I was having a great craic.

They were playing mainly electro-house which isn’t my particular bag but it was good nonetheless. Fairly fashionable crowd (well, as fashionable as you will find in a bar open til 5am!!) with big screen in upstairs area. I found it friendly and trouble free.

Sorry chaps, won't be able to make it, will be stuck in the MGM Grand.

I may be otherwise engaged - my second daughter is due on May 5th.

She's bound to be a knockout but doubtless will arrive just as Big Dave Clark says "and now over to....."
