These fighters fought in the same eras, but for whatever reason never fought each other. Who would have won?

Chris Byrd vs John Ruiz (Holds barred/ "Caffeine Match". In each round that a fighter starts his 5th clinch, the referee penalizes the fighter a point. He is also penalized an additional point for every clinch for the rest of the round. Judges are given Mountain Dew between rounds so they can stay awake. (12 rounds)
Winner of this fight to fight Henry Akinwande.

Razor Ruddock vs Ray Mercer (12 rounds)
Michael Dokes vs Tim Witherspoon (15 rounds)
Jimmy Young-Jerry Quarry (15 rounds)
Ernie Terrell vs Jimmy Ellis (15 rounds)
Cleveland Williams vs Zora Folley (15 rounds)

I think Dokes would edge Spoon, but it would be a close fight either way.

Consensus seems to be:
Byrd over Ruiz
Witherspoon over Dokes
Young over quarry
Ellis over Terrell
Williams over Folley
No consensus on Ruddock-Mercer

These all all hard fights to pick. Ruddock-Mercer would probably be the most exciting. I think Mercer wins by a late stoppage, but it's easy to envison it going Ruddocks way.
Assuming that the referee doesn't allow Ruiz to hold excessively, Byrd should win a decision.
I'm going with the Spoon to beat Dokes. I do think that at his best Dokes was better, but those fights were too rare to bet on him in this fight.
I agree with everyone else that young would beat Quarry by decision. I do think that Quarry would make it close.
Ellis should be Terrell, bit it would be close.
Williams-Folley is really hard to predict. almost anything could happen. I think the "styles make fights" line is used too much, but it may apply here. I think Folley was a slightly better fighter but I would pick Williams. Folley had good boxing skills but he wasn't slick enough to avoid Williams power for 15 rounds. Folley's chin probably wouldn't hold up against Williams best shots. It's doubtful that Folley had enough power to stop Williams. It's possible that Folley could stop Williams with an accumilation of blows but it's unlikely.
The wildcard is that neither ever fought 15 rounds and we don't know how well each would do in the later rounds. Folley would have a chance, but I would have to pick Williams in this.

All of these fights would be interesting. It's too bad that none of them ever happened.
