Looks like it could be happening before September, Robin Reid and Glen Catley, British super middleweight title. Both are former WBC title holders.
Is Reid a Warren boy again?
Dean Francis fights in a couple of months, for some interwhatsit titles at light heavy. Some good domestic tuff.

Froch has vacated....but probably will as Reid & Catley are nobody nowadays.
I would love to see a Robin Reid v Froch fight though

I think Froch would be interested in fighting the winner of Reid-Catley. Well, thats the impression i got when reading the Nottingham Evening Post:
"It's good news," said Froch. "I'm a big fan of Reid, but I thought the chance to fight him had passed me by.
"I know Robin is probably past his best but I'd still love to tackle him. To be honest, I don't care who I meet."
Tom Podmore.

Have you got a source for this mate?

Bloody 'eck - i meant to say HAS NOT vacated ! DOH!
Yeah, i know Carl.
If it's worth a quid, then i'm sure Carl will fight Reid - as none of the other champs are interested and we all have mortages to pay.

Would be a good name bairing in mind he was worthy of challanging for Jeff Lacy's titles. People still recognise the name and mite shut people up about froch taking big shots. Not sure its so good for Reid now he looks past his best and could get hurt by froch's dig but the guy knows his own mind... has froch won the longsdale belt outright yet?

cheers I remember that now :-). do you know who or when he is fighting next? I know he fought at the end of last month but it wasn't too draining an outing and I think he would prifit from being active preferably in the states soon.

Catley looked pretty damn good against some African guy once, think it was at middleweight, it was almost like a 101 of inside fighting.
But he never looked as good again.
