Sorry about making another controversial decisions thread, but with the Mayweather fight coming I thought this was relevant. Who did you think won in these Oscar fights...
Oscar-Molina (I haven't seen this fight but I've heard people say it was controversial so I'll put it in...)
Oscar-Whitaker
Oscar-Quartey
Oscar-Trinidad
Oscar-Mosley II
Oscar-Sturm
I thought he lost all those fights except Trinidad, honestly. And I like Oscar and think he's a good fighter, but he got a lot of breaks.

Oscar-Molina (Very very close but I score for DLH)
Oscar-Whitaker (I score for Whitaker)
Oscar-Quartey (I score for DLH, but very close too)
Oscar-Trinidad (I score for Trinidad, too much running from DLH)
Oscar-Mosley II (I score a clear win for DLH)
Oscar-Sturm (I score a clear win for Sturm)
Depending on people taste for a fight we come to different conclusions. For example IMO DLH could have won the fight vs Trinidad easy but he threw the fight away by running. Movement and defense is one thing, but running like he did is completely different and that is why I score that fight for Trinidad. But of course, we all have different opinions and that is the beauty of boxing.

Yeah I would not argue too much with Oscar-Trinidad, I had Oscar winning by one point, so one round difference and Tito gets the decision on my card... it actually seemed like I had the same score as Larry Merchant which is unusual because I disagree with him so often...

Had Oscar by 1pt vs Trinidad. Had Sturm by 1pt.

Oscar-Quartey - Oscar
Oscar-Trinidad - Oscar (very close fight)
Oscar-Mosley II - Oscar (very close, not the robbery many claim IMO)
Oscar-Sturm - Strum

Yeah, this thread is going pretty much how I expected. Depending on who you ask either fighter in any of those fights could have won... except for the Sturm fight which was obvious.

I think DLH won them all except for Sturm. I thought the most convincing fight was Moseley II. I think they were all close though.
15 rounds might have made things more conclusive.

Breaks? I thought he was robbed clear V Mosley 2 and I also thought he beat Trinidad. So I would say overall he was a little unlucky

I thought he lost to Mosley in the rematch... either way, neither of those were robberies. They were close fights... despite what HBO will tell you.
It seems most people thought Whitaker won their fight... I always find that impressive in that he defended his Welterweight title 9 times with a draw with Chavez and a loss to Oscar... everyone thought he beat Chavez and it seems a majority of boxing fans (from what I've seen here and in other places) thought he beat Oscar... real impressive, too bad he didn't get those close decisions in those big fights...

Haven't scored the first four fights listed. I had De La Hoya winning the second Mosley fight and losing the Sturm fight.
