Not sure where I should have put this topic so the moderators may wish to move it.

I was wondering if any other boxers (Amatuers or Proffesionals) use a sweatsuit to help lose a little weight...

Trying to get down from 15st to 14st 4lbs is real tough for me (especially from about 14st 10lbs) and was wondering if a sweatsuit worn whilst training would help...

What our other boxers thoughts/advice..?

Thanks in advance.

(PS, I don't drink and eat right and train hard but weight is stubborn!)

Tried using any thermogenics? Sida Cordifolia is the best but can be hard to find.

Whats your diet and training like?

the best way to lose weight is to eat right first of all,a sweatsuit will only get rid of the water you have for a short wile if you drink it puts it back on ,i walk around at 13st 4lb but i get down to 11st 6 to fight by eating right drinking lots of warter and training i never use a seatsuit there can make you too weak, hope this helps

Boxing gyms are already hot enough with the Industrial sized heat generators they turn on.

Have your Muscles gone denser with age maybe to why the weight Is hard to shift?

Thanks for all the feedback...

I have tried everything diet-wise, still struggle to shake of that last 6 or 7 lbs.. I start at 15st 5 usually and getting to 14st 10 is easy through eating right and traning 5 days a week but getting to 14st 4lbs is another matter it would seem!

I'm 23...

Hopefully i'll find a way to shift the extra.
