Fave US promoters (for British posters)

Wanted to check with the UK posters who their fave Yank promoters are. Rather not have long lists but one or two and reasons WHY.
My fave is starting to be Top Rank. I like their stable of fighters (Pac, Soto, Cotto, Pavlik, Mijares). I know Arum milked Arce only to see him exposed - which is not good. But he has some very efficient fighters, bothers to stage fights where his stable are actually draws, and is able to promote his own PPV cards WITHOUT HBO or Showtime if need be.
I'm intriguied as to whether Soto and Pac will fight each other, or go off to, say, tackle Marquez/Barrera/or even Juan Diaz.
Not keen on GBP at all. They poach fighters. They get HBO favoritism. Their attempts to get everyone and anyone has created rifts with other promoters, killing off rivalries unless mandated by world title bodies...and they can be quite boring. Also, I DO NOT buy into this "improving boxing" lark...of course, they can make plenty of top flight matches because they have a lot of talent & are willing to pit them together.
