Anderson should win this easy as long as he does not fade badly down the stretch, Anderson 6 or 7 up after 7

i stuck 50 on anderson before the fight to win.

anderson is never 6 or 7 up magee is starting to take over now, round 9 to magee. 5-4 anderson

Magee starting to come back into it, he probably needs a stoppage to win it, Anderson does look to be feeling the pace a bit, rnd 10 coming up

I've got a parlay with Anderson in it....he better win!

wow the judges must have added the home bias onto the the real scores!!! anderson definitely won but by 8 rounds on one card is a bit off the mark.

The judges did have it wider than what it actually was.

Appleby looked very good i thought.

Not just in terms of his boxing, but he must also be on first name terms with the staff at his local tan-tastic!

I remember him being quite pasty early in his career but he has really Dean Powell'ed it up in recent times!

I liked his work rate and determination to secure the stoppage - needs to tighten the defence but he is certainly an exciting prospect..

Didn't actually score the fight, but I thought without the KD (which turned a potential 10-9 Magee, to 10-8 Anderson) the fight would have been VERY close. Indeed I think Magee would have probably been a little unlucky (cause that didn't affect the winner on the judges card).

Thought Glenn and Ian were going over the top on Anderson's work. Even they were surprised by the Punch stats... going into the 9th (I think). Anderson had only landed 14 more and thrown a fair amount less.

Good controlled performance by Anderson.
Nice moment before the fight when Magee was leaning on his cornerman outside the ring winding up the hometown fans. Also the shortest ringwalk i've ever seen, 3 steps and your at ringside.

Appleby looked good, thought it was all over in round 1, but Nagy proved a toughman , he took alot of punches off Appleby before getting stopped.

Wasn't so impressed with Bilan, if he doesn't learn to move his head then he's going to have problems

Great performance by Kevin. He's only 24 and had around 20 fights and fought some good names. I thought he was tired before he fought Nuumbebe, and wasn't himself - too difficult a fight so soon after war wirth Mutley.

Whats happenin with Muttley? I'd like him to fight Jennings or Nuumbebe?

or Barnes - that'd be a top fight.

Yeah, I think Anderson by 3 or 4 is about right - and that round 11 was critical cause that was a 3 point swing... Magee was winning that round, but the KD and successive follow up made it a 10-8 Anderson round.

With lots of close rounds, I was think we could have another DLH vs Mayweather discussion on the scoring.

I would like to see Magee retire now... He shouldn't be losing to guys like Anderson (no disrespect, but this is a guy who ran Hatton and Urkal close). I didn't want to remember him for the drab Takaloo affair, this would be a fitting ending.

As he has said he will definately return... maybe one final fight vs Takaloo and try and redeem that loss (think he'll do it this time).

Mutt is back down at light-welter and is preparing for a fight in Birmingham. It will be a serious title fight, most likely in July.

I was fairly impressed with Kevin last night; he got in there and did what he set out to do - win. Magee, as ever, showed he is one of the toughest active fighters in Britain by soaking it all up and comeback fighting.

I had it 116-111, incidentally.

Appleby is one to watch, seen a few of his fights now and he's good value.

That was the first time Magee had been down in his career last night and he seemed to be hurt. Anderson boxed well last night but the fight looks alot different on tv the next day then it did in the hall last night. A think tht the judges got the scoring right but there were a few close rounds
