Davis doesn't make bad fights and if he's improved over his fight with Smith it might prove to much for Cameron. I heard Holyfield offered Cameron money to fight him after this fight if he wins.

Davis is a short blown up Cruiserweight. He carrys some power but not as much at heavyweight as he does at cruiser! Its a good match for the fans as both guys will slug it out, Davis will test Cameron as tough as Davis is his chin isnt world class! And they may be the difference! A good fight though none the less!!

And i think you'll find it was a promoter in Aussie offering Holyfield $1.3 million to fight Cameron in Australia!
