doubt that froch will fight the retread bout on a warren card when he's so high up with the major world title bodies not to mention he's 30 years old with no time to waste

I doubt the fight will happen as well. Froch has his sights set on bigger things now. He should be looking for an eliminator for one of the major belts.

Since when did boxers pass upo the best paydays of their careers? He knows he can beat the man (he has already) so he should take the money and run. Or maybe his again consedering the Calzaghe option. He has already toyed with the idea of the fight and even signing for Sports Network. With Calzaghe not getting any younger, he should put himself in the mix.

He's one fight away from a title shot... he takes this fight he's probably two fights away. If he's going to make a habit if taking pointless fights just for the money then he should sign-up with SN right now.

Being that he's 30, he has to move to the world title elim/shot/whatever it is.

I like Froch and maybe he'll just fight better as he takes on better foes. But technically he appears to be behind Inkin and Bute which may end up counting against him a lot.

It'll be hard to force a WBO mandatory because they said they wouldn't think of stripping Joe let alone tell him what to do. Joe is allowed to finish his career fighting whoever his cheapskate thrifty promoter brings over cut price.

He's right up there in the WBC rankings. And with a top 5 that also includes Inkin (not keen on Froch apparently), Gogiya, Beyer and Brahmer that should be the way to go. Yes it would be nice to see Froch/Calzaghe, but as Calzaghe has maybe 2 fights left I don't see that ever happening.

I'll tell you now, he will fight Robin Reid for big bucks around Sept

Then Kessler b4 March.

Adamu is not happening whatsoever - expect someone like Dodson to go for it instead.

no chance of froch fighting adamu, froch may lack in the perfect technique, but being unorthodox can be just as effective, plus he carries the equaliser, with that in his arsenal, he can always get himself out of jail.

That'd do me nicely.I'm not too keen on the Reid fight (I don't blame him if its for BIG bucks), but if its to mark time before a Kessler fight then I can cope with it quite easily.

THe only way this would happen is if Froch wants some TV exposiour but I think Adamu isn't easy to look good against and froch has bigger things on his mind.

Reid makes sence former world champion recent world title challenger gon the distance with Calzaghe comming off a win (against someone from the contender no less) and easy to beat. Reid + trying to land an eliminator should be his route
