i would like to see more aussie title fights on tv ..
good for tv and the fighters in them ..fighters that havnt fought for the aussie title on tv that i know of are tommy browne
davey browne
billy dibb
aremed elomar
lenny zappa
its just to name a few. its just a shame because i feel like the aussie title should be somthing to be proud of winning with austraila watching ..

I think that Fenech fightnights get a little bit boring mainly due to the quality of opposition that is faced. Australian just doesn't have enough professional boxers for the Australian Title to hold much meaning. A guy with 1 fight is our 10th ranked heavyweight. In most divisions we have a few really good fighters at the top and then the rest of the division is mostly untested or middle of the range fighters.

There are just far too many divisions now for the Australian title to mean anything.

It would be great if it could mean what it used to, but not in this day and age.

ANgelo Di Carlo seems to have the greatest focus on Australian boxers and Australian & regional titles, more power to him

More boxing on TV would be good full stop.

How good would it be if channel nine started showing "Tuesday night Fights" or something like that where all the Aussies could square off against one anther!?!
