John Simpson v Ryan Barrett

Unfortunately off-TV but could be a good tussle and I think Barrett's better than the Khan result.
I spoke to him recently and did a piece which will go up on BBN shortly.
Anybody got any thoughts/predictions?

barret needs to put weight on not lose it
he looked seriously underweight at lightweight never mind TWO divisions below

Although Simpson has a low KO rate, he was alot more agressive against Morris than i've usually seen him, think he will be to strong for Barratt in a distance fight

I bet when Ryan was getting blitzed by Khan he didnt think that in less that a year he would be getting a title shot!!
Good luck to him...sadly the belt is on loan from Andy Morris

check out the rest of the bill, no boxer has a losing record!!and probably the 8 combined purses dont add up to bobby gunns against maccaranelli!!

Well i for one hope that Morris gets back in the ring soon, he's been out for 6 months now, he needs a fight.

Weight-making being the most difficult part of training, I'm sure he wouldn't do it if he didn't think he could do it relatively comfortably. But yes, it's not as though he looked to have much to spare even at 10st.
