With a mainly losing record??
I don't know, but Vinny Pazienza was getting seven-figure purses with 5-6 losses

Kirino Garcia- This fella lost his first 18 fights, even had a KO debut loss to Bobby Gunn.
But he went on to have a number of title fights and beat people like Meldrick Taylor, Jorge Vaca and Simon Brown.

PEter Buckley gets a lot of last minute call ups against top prospects and must do ok with almost 300 fights.

Yes, Buckley must have put away a fair few grand, deservedly so.....
Trying to think of a bigger name though. What's Julius Francis' record like now?!

I saw Garcia fight Steve Roberts, he wasn't half as nasty as he looks.
Great read on him by Putnam at TSS.com if you dig deep enough.

Here's one for the historians. Jack Doyle. Never won a worthwhile fight, but made fortunes. His biography is a brilliant read, and is being reprinted this year.

Garing Lane, Frankie Swindell, Marion Wilson, Ross Puritty, all obedient losers who could be relied to hang the distance with the best and get paid.
Occasionally they accidentally win but overall they have many losses but are 'top drawer journeymen'.

O J Abrahams in the UK, and to be fair most of Nobby's lads who can work pretty much as often as they like.
These guys are the unsung heroes of British boxing.

but he does not try to win.... there should be a board intervention into his performances, i know 'journeymen' from different areas who have been phoned up by the board and have been kept under scrutiny, and they have a far better record than buckleys !!
