What has happened to this guy, he has 11 fights wins em all, and hasn't had a fight since 2004. Has he retired?

Dunno about the long layoff before this but i think he recently got arrested selling crack in Perth late at night in a shopping mall car park. Then when police searcherd his house i think they found $45,000 cash and more drugs. Cant remember 100% but i think thats a rough guide of what went down.
