Will ITV be showing the SN cards in July?

Still no news about the Khan/Cook card on the 14th, and the Enzo/M'Baye card the week after, being shown on ITV, although their site continues to announce all the major news in the build up to the SN shows, like Khan has been eating porridge etc.

I had a feeling the contract ran out very soon - like possibly even before these cards are due. Does anyone know?

Warren will definitely accept any offer he can get, IMO, because otherwise he's doomed - Hennessy will slide in on ITV and would probably overtake him as Britain's No.1 promoter soon enough (being terrestrial).

He'd lose his precious News of the World column as well that has shot him to fame.

He's renewing his deal with ITV.

Less money, less dates and non-exclusive which means ITV will show american fights.

Have you got a source for this?

GOD, ISN'T IT A RESULT THAT YOU LOT ARE NOT IN THE BUSINESS WITH YOUR UNRIVALLED KNOWLEDGE AND INSIGHTS.

BC - for a change, do you want to give us some useful information rather then and/or in addition to taking sardonic digs at us "lot"?

Well, if we were in the business, then we would obviously have more insight and knowledge.

It doesn't make you a genius because you happen to know facts and figures others don't, it's the use that knowledge is put to that makes a genius.

I did see a piece by John Rawling in The Guardian where he said that allegedly was likely to continue working with IT ITV. And if anyone knows, it's Rawling.

Remember how SN got rid of Sky.
And It took them 10 years to do so.

He won't go off ITV so easy.

you are the one with the 'insight' (up your own arse it seems), why not contribute to the the discussion?

If you had anything to say which was positive for SN and/or FW, Im sure you would have bleated about it...

So why not tell us something that will renew our faith in your much-maligned employer? You turn up, make one disparaging post, give us no information on why we are in error... and then wonder why SN have turned into the Millwall of boxing?

You should try contributing to the discussion before insulting everyone - I didnt get that from boxing, that was at the University of Life...

yeah it does, in this paragraph.
Although Warren has yet to sign a new British television deal - his current agreement with ITV expires at the end of this month - it is likely he will continue to work with ITV, which is committed to blanket coverage of the Rugby World Cup in September and may be reluctant to pay big money for a fight that might clash with an England's group match against South Africa or Samoa.

What does he do apart from licking Franks arse and being his teaboy - He obviously has no status, because he, like us knows bugger all - Childish comments are much more likely to originate from pawns rather than bishops or knights.

I heard a promoter is accepting a deal with ITV but its a very watered down one and there could be staff cuts for that promoter he has to get rid of the shit.

Thats of course if this promoter is not bubbled going to another channel playing one against the other.

I really do not know who I am on about.

Isn't disappointing that one of the few posters actually involved in the industry is also one of the least instructive?
