Amazing show yet again.....

To be honest - there wasn't a bad fight on the whole bill - they just got better and better.

Sykes looked in good form against Krauklis. He's one to watch I reckon.

Brian Rose done the business on the visiting Justin Barnes.

Sean Crompton v Irfan Malik was none stop action - a couple of knockdowns and a nasty cut for Malik at the end of it.

Johnny Enigma lost his unbeaten run against Tony Randell - that was another cracker. The last round was a corker!!

Alex Matvienko's opponenet - Ronnie Daniels.... what a character!!! Even hold the ropes open for the ring card girl at the end of one of the rounds. Durable guy to be fair - I reckon we could see a lot more of him on these shores. Alex done a great job on him though - again, Alex just seems to be getting better with each fight.

The bill ended with an absolute cracker between Michael Gomez v Youseff Al Hamidi.

Al Hamidi went all guns blazing in the first round and Gomez got cut above the right eye. He then got a cut on the left eye in the next round and kept battling on - what a warrior. Gomez stopped him in the end - his body shots were just unstoppable!! What heart this kid has.

I'm sure there will be a few great write ups on this card - so watch out for them....

Cracking afternoon's entertainment - Well done Steve Wood!

Brian Rose was all over him.

It was a strange end to the fight though - I was sitting ringside and from what I could see it appeared that Barnes was signalling that he had an issue with his hand...... Eitherway I think Brian had his number any day of the week anyway - Brian now at 5 - 0 and looking good IMO.

Kays looked very good and tidy, threw good combinations.

But Buckley was a walking punch bag, when he moved.

Pleased for Tony Randell, a nice guy and a good fighter. He is much, much better than his record would have you believe.

Tom Podmore.
