Peter Buckley is The Greatest

Used to have fun with this on the Audley Harrison forum.
Using the principle of "the man who beat the man...", we used to see how various journeymen could be traced to a victory over Ali. It started with "Audley Harrison is The Greatest", because he beat Nix, who beat Witherspoon, who beat Young, who beat Foreman, who beat Frazier, who beat Ali. Using this formula, we deduced Mike Middleton and Derek McCafferty, among others, had legitimate claims to being The Greatest.
I wondered if it was possible to show how Peter Buckley is The Greatest.

Excellent. I used to like thinking of two random fighters at opposite ends of the weight classes (well not Flyweight, my knowledge is a bit limited down there) and try to link them in the least fights possible.
A bit of a slant on a game they had in the media a while back called '6 steps to Kevin Bacon'.
EDIT - Just Googled that and it was actually 6 degrees of Kevin Bacon.

I actually got from bantam or super bantam up to heavyweight using direct lineage, but couldn't get lower. Dingaan Thobela gave me a big jump, since he has beaten super featherweights and super middleweights.

No, I was responding to Goz and should have quoted him...I meant going from fly to heavy. Nothing to do with the greatest.
