Haye v Mormeck Purse Bids

Has anyone heard anything more about the purse bids for this fight?
All I know is the window opened on 15/06 and the fight had to happen within 90 days of this date.

King and Warren are trying to freeze Haye out. King is trying to make Mormeck v Cunningham. The WBC wil get vacated and Haye fights whoever for the vacant crown. Then Warren gets to say, "Haye is ducking Enzo, he doesn't want to fight anyone."
Seemingly every fortnight the WBC are delaying the purse bids. King is behind this.

The WBC rules are the WBC rules what the fornicate has their postponements got to do with Warren? Warren doesn't have an interest in either fighter so his opinion on this contest would not even be heard by the WBC.
He, like every other licenced WBC Promoter, has an opportunity to bid for it in open auction if he so wishes, so why don't you learn about the rules, the business and the Sport instread of making slanderous and potentially dangerous comments.
Still, your explanation would be welcome.

Are you suggesting BC, that it is unheard of in the business of boxing for one promoter to try and delay another promoters fighter from getting a title shot? Not pointing any fingers here, as I have nothing to back it up, however, it would not be entirely surprising to me at all.
Out of interest, what happens when a promoter wins a purse bid, and then fails to make the fight happen? How long do they have to put the fight on, and is there any penalty for failing to do so?
I am also pretty certain that SN would sign Haye up in a moment, he may not have been a huge ticket seller to date, but he has the potential to make a mint on the heavyweight scene if he can keep winning.
Even if this is not the case, SN certainly have an interest in Macca, and at the moment, Haye has been rather stealing his thunder, and getting a title shot would be the ultimate one upmanship would it not?

Does your love for Frank cloud your ability to read? I said it looks likely that KING has had something to do with delaying purse bids - maybe had a chat to his leedle frien' Jose - and will instead match Mormeck vs Cunningham anyways going by the rumours.
It's obvious Warren is having dealings with King. He's having Braithwaite - a 2 yrs past it former titlist - coming over. Warren also talks of matching Enzo vs Cunningham (IBF titlist) and Mormeck (WBC and WBA real champ). To do that, who is he going to negotiate with but King?
Warren talks about haye so much you'd think he fancies him. Haye won't fight Mormeck. Haye won't make cruiser again. Haye doesn't want Enzo. It's clear your boss doesn't want Haye to get that WBC title shot. Haye is the one man who doesn't fit the plan. He doesn't appear to fit King's and he doesn't appear to fit into your boss' because he hasn't joined the Band of Outsiders (aka British Hermits, aka ). The WBC keeps delaying purse bids. Making it harder and harder for Haye to be able to get the weight down.
Now, do YOU care to explain?

Poor old BC he does get a hammering on here but he does ask for it sometimes - By his own admission he works in the motor trade and has nothing to do with SN or allegedly - Well I do think he could of said so before, instead of leading people on - OK so he polishes cars and goes to the post office for tax discs, a good and worthy job, and just happens to like FW - Had he come clean earlier, he wouldnt have had so much shit thrown at him, then again he can be a little abusive.

The purse bids are at the end of this month or next month aren't they? I'm pretty sure of that. The 29th I think it is.

The purse bids should be interesting. I don't really fancy Maloneys chances in them tbh. Allegedly Sky aren't be willing to shed out BIG bucks on staging British boxing and you can pretty much guarentee Warren (and his ITV backing) will be involved judging by his comments in the NOTW a couple of weeks ago and after the Froch-Adamu bid, then theres gonna be The King to deal with.
I just hope that the fight takes place irrespective of who wins the purse bids, which I think it will. Frank Maloney was willing for Haye to fight Enzo on ITV when the negotiations were ongoing and this is the fight that Haye has been working upto since turning pro and is too good an opportunity to turn down, irrespective of who is promoting it. Haye also seems to have a i) mind of his own or ii) a more flexible contract with his promoter than Enzo does.
Haye can spark Mormeck wherever in the world they fight and under whoevers banner
Lets get it on!!!

I think Haye sky are interested in. They give him lots of publicity. It be good if Maloney wins his fight prices are not as much as sportsnetwork.

Well if Hobson has lost Hatton then wouldn't it make sense for him to bid for this one. He says he has a 6 fight deal with setanta but without Hatton that only leaves Woods as a headliner. Maybe he might be a surprise bidder for this one.
Then again maybe Maloney might convince setanta to throw him some dosh for this one if sky are being tight arses. He was on the panel last weekend so might have had a word!

He's done a deal with King so Bids are off.

I think he means that Maloney and King came to an agreement before the pursebids, so it was called off. They will probably make an announcement soon with date, venue ect.
