Best father/son boxing combination?

Over the years many great & not so great fighters have had sons who have followed them into boxing with mixed results?

Who do you think is the best father/son boxing combination, in terms of achievement & impact etc.

The achievements don't have to be a 50/50 split so to speak, like for example you could choose Bob & Tony Foster, where Bob was an ATG light-heavy champ but son Tony did very little or in reverse, you could opt for Roy Jones & Roy Jones Jr, where daddy Roy is little known, but baby Roy is arguably the most naturally gifted fighter ever.

In these cases, one of the combatants achieved enough for both of them.

I'm going to be a little more conventional & vote for Floyd & Tracy Patterson.

Both had decent careers & achieved a lot, despite limitations.

Harold Johnson & father, both KO'd by the Ol' Mongoose...
Julio Ceasar Chavez & Son
Hector Camacho & Son

on a lesser note Albert Rea, Scotland 1930s & son Bernie Rea, Scotland 1960s...must be many more especially among the lesser known fighters.

British, Mexican & South American fighters, didn't Coetzee's father fight too?

Jim "Spider" Kelly won the British and Commonwealth titles in the 1930s
His son Billy "Spider" Kelly won the Commonwealth title in the 50s ...and probably deserved to win the British title as well, losing to Charlie Hill by a hotly disputed verdict that led to a massive riot.

The McCormack clan from Dublin were also quite capable, though the sons John "Young" McCormack (British Lt Heavy champ) and Pat (British Light Welter champ) were much better (at least IN the ring!) than the father, the legendary Dublin "character" Spike McCormack.

Of course Bernard Dunne, the current hot fighter in Ireland is the son of a leading amateur fighter Brendan dunne, who won several national titles, but I don't think he boxed as a pro (?). Likewise Billy Schwer's dad was a very good (international level) amateur.

Going way back to the bare-knuckle days here - Barney Aaron and his son Young Barney Aaron.
Both of them are in the IBHOF.

Marcel Cerdan and his son was a good combination; though albiet his son never really fought any big name opponents and never really fought outside of France, but he had a good record.

sorry Jaclem, it was Walcott,

I was thinking Walcott but wrote Moore, easy done though as Moore fought EVERYBODY...wouldn't it be nice if fighters today HAD to fight every 2 months, Champions defending (at least twice in the year), and Contenders in elimination bouts. After all their fighters, it's what they chose to do for a living, it's supposed to be their 'trade' and what they get payed for...by the 'paying' public. Is that asking too much?

I'm not sure what the best father/son combo would be although the Mayweathers come to mind. But there is no doubt that Muhammad and Laila Ali are the best father/daughter combo of all time. :)

PS Oh come on guys! It's okay to joke around sometimes.
