i found 40 and 50 on ticket master

Yup Real Deal is spot on, I just looked for 6 x £40 tickets and no problem they were available.

I couldn't find any when I looked.

Just been on for some lads in the pub even this late at night managed to get some £40 tickets.

If the fight was priced more reasonable I reckon you would fill 22,000.

Some forum members like to say Unfounded rumours then justify them by saying a little birdie me thinks. :P

Did get some from Ticketmaster after all. Seetickets were sold out. But the BW109 doesn't look much good - far back, looking at a corner post. Couldn't choose any others, but didn't want to risk waiting to get them at the door in case they did indeed sell out.

Balls was going to be going now, but made other plans as I figured I couldn't get any tickets.

Maybe they put the tickets up later to try and sell some of the more expensive seats?

I'll be watching from home at any rate.

There was NO-ONE there tonight! Pathetic!

I wrote here weeks ago only 4000 had been sold AND I WAS TELLING THE TRUTH!

Whoever was told only £100 and up were left was almost stooged by a horrible ploy but, sadly, an oft used one.

I'd be pretty pissed off if I bought four £100 tix (missus, dad and two brothers) and got there and there's 16,000 empty seats like there was tonight!!!!!!

Tell me is it your policy to tell boxing fans wanting a cheap ticket or two that only the most expensive ones are left for a show while, in reality, there are more people manning the hotdog carts than in the stands?

Looks like FWank couldn't have given away tickets to this farce if you'd stappled them to £50 notes!

if ticket sales were bad id say it was down to lack of advertising

and with all the shizzle going on about TV, advertising the show obviously wasnt fwankys main priority

im sure sales will be up for the next show

I'm sure Calzaghe v Kessler will sell over 40,000. November rain or not. But VERY worrying for Frank, ITV, and British boxing that a whole horde of "top" UK fighters like Khan, Mitchell (kid can't fight), Skelton etc etc etc and still couldn't draw any fans to the place.

British boxing has two ticket sellers - Joe and Rick. And, accordintg to posters on this forum, they've got about 5 fights left between them!

Whats the rain got to do with a fight that is happening at a venue with a roof?

Cold weather and rain puts people off going out therefore hurts walk-up.

I've ran a pub for years and if it had pissed down all day my takings were down. We had a roof over the pub, before you ask.

Does anyone know where can I find official attendance figures for the O2 show? Have to say it looked pretty busy for Khan fight but then really emptied out by the time Skelton/Sprott came on (a wise move after seeing it).
