Billy Conn versus Bill Defibaugh: Can Somebody Help Me Out?

My grandfather said he boxed Billy Conn when he was in the Marines in World War Two in an exhibition bout.
He said he lost to Conn but I have researched everywhere and have not retrieved any info on the whereabouts of any pictures or film footage of this bout.
My grandpa never turned pro cause of an injury in war but he wanted to be. I was wondering if any of you fight fans out there can find a photo for me if one exists.
If it helps my Grandfathers full name was Billie Richard Defibaugh and his stats were 6'1" 230lbs 21" biceps and 20" forearms
Thanks! I would appreciate it!
