best weight

why have we never had a boxing tornament to see who is the best at each weight i remember barry hearn talking about having one at york hall in the 90s boxers were going to box 3 rounds in the ko stage then the finale was going to be an 8 rounder all on the same day the winner was going to get £100.000 but it never came off i would love to see the cruisers get it on except big mac and haye of course also the middles what do you think will be the best weight for a tornament like this
