It's clear the people of Santiago De Tianguistengo, Mexico, still remember Sanches as strongly & fondly as ever, which is nice to see.

One can't help but feel sad whenever mentioning Sanches because he passed away at such a young age. His life was only really beginning. For a man of just 23, Sanches was very experienced, achieved a great deal in boxing etc.

Definitely one of the bets fighters I've ever seen. He was some fighter & I wonder, how much would he have improved as a boxer, considering he was still very young? Sanxhes was a very calm individual in the ring. Even when he was taking shots from guys, he always seemed calm, collected and assured of himself.

One of the best FW champs ever. Sanches had a crowd-pleasing style & would have been a promoters dream if he were fighting today.

In terms of greatness, how far do you think Sanches could have gone on if he had stayed alive?
