Anyone know when this is likely to happen now?

The last I heard was that the September date wasn't happening.

what about tickets?

anybody got any news on if/where they are on sale?

I find the lack of promotion for this fight incredible.

They couldn't get a French TV date in September because of the rugby union World Cup

Surpised if it will be Nov 10th as it's then in competition with HBOs Fast & Furious PPV, or does the PPV in the US start at 3.00 am Paris time.

Guess it's possible Showtime might pick this up.

Any news out of Haye's camp particularly vis a vis weight?

Will the delay help or hinder Haye re: his weight? On the one hand it gives him longer to make weight, on the other it may prolong what is already a tortuous exercise.

Its a very good point, I agree Haye is struggling to make CW and the delay may be a problem - Personally I believe he will have stamina difficulties and wont get the title, but I hope he does though - After this he must become a full time HW.

I made the same point on another thread when the delay first became apparent.

I think if Haye stays at the weight for the next few months and does what is required to comfortably stay there then it could work to his advantage, he'll get the weight down and then regain his natural strength as he gets used to it - in theory!
