If he is, do you think he went along with the fasting ritual for ramadhan?
This can cause problems for training sessions etc..
any thoughts?

He is still fighting they will be having the fight a bit late in order that muslims can come watch it. It is my understanding that there is some wiggle room in ramadan for example the pakistan cricket team are allowed to drink water if playing.

depends how strict they are following it, could not help wonder while watching the pakistani team in the 20/20 world cup the other day, every time a wicket fell and they were fielding they had people running on with bottles of drink.
now call me old fashioned but the pakistani team are devout muslims? and the ramadam thing means that they cannot consume foon nor drink from sunrise to sunset ??
so what the hell is going on, or are there some sub-sections in the koran that allow for professional sport.

I believe you don't have to take the fast every year and you can take it at another time of the year if your not able to during the time of ramadan thats certainly true for illness.

the fasting ritual disallows drinking and eating ..so those cricket players in pakistan are bullshitting!!
Either they fast or dont! LOL
I remember when danny flabby williams was facing Klitchko, ramadhan fell on his training schedule and he didnt look right at all..training in the night and fasting during day!

His weight suggests the fating meesed everything up, as Williams was probably starving when it came to the time he was allowed to eat, & therefore he probably was wolfing down whatever he could. Binge eating basically.

Then what's Danny's excuse for all the other times he has come in well overweight? Danny thinks (hopefully now used to think) the extra weight is good for him. Probably felt he needed it and was gonna bully Vitali and push him back.

Sounds fair enough, but what's his excuse for every other time since then and before Gammer?
