Dear friends,
still in historiographical revision, I ask for help. In cyberboxingzone, run the eyes over Langford's 1920s bouts, we remark the indication "Championship of Mexico". Does somebody knows that history of boxing or annuals issued in Mexico present a lineage or talk explicitly in the text that in the historical memory of Mexico, Langford is still (or he was until a certain date) remembered as 'veritable former champion of Mexico' ? I mean, BBBoCY purged the non-British contenders from the lineages of British titles. Did Mexican historians do likewise or not ?
Thank you very much in advance

The best person to answer that would be Roberto Valero -- I will try and find his email for you.
