I trained with Charkey Ramon. Mundine would never have taken one of Charkey's right crosses with that jaw of his.

Saw Tony in the street a few years ago. His jaw was about two inches to the right of where it should have been.

Yeah I remember you saying you trained with Dave 8) I'm still keen to find out more about what Dave's up to these days because from what I've read (which is very little, really) he was a good bloke

The only thing that would concern me in a matchup would be the natural size difference between the two. Tony was a full-on solid middleweight and as we know he could bang a bit

Mirovic has beaten Wilson FOUR times... what's the deal with continuing to match these two?

Col is waiting for Father Time to catch up with Bob. He may have it right this time. Bob has not won a fight in a while now.

Last I heard of Dave he was a crane contractor and having a run-in with a shonky building crowd. He also turned up in Court a few months ago as a character witness for somebody. Gave his name as David Bruce Ballard and his boxing career came up. The Judge, being a boxing fan, asked Dave if he knew Charkey Ramon. Dave smiled and said "I AM Charkey Ramon."

I don't know if his character reference helped the bloke in the hearing. I do not remember offhand if it was a civil or criminal matter.

Father time caught up with Mirovic a while ago, if Col can't beat him now he will never beat him... I don't intend to watch to find out though...

Yeah I really can't stand Mirovic. He is one of the worst boxers I have ever seen.

If you think he is bad, you should have seen East Hills tattooist and heavyweight Peter Blackwell. Legendary referee Ray Mitchell once wrote a story about him in "Fighter" magazine, rating him the worst fighter in Australia.

I forgot just how bad Wilson is. Mirovic beat him easily. Bob's flesh was weak but Col had no spirit.

At least Bob followed Angelo's instructions to pull back and complain everytime Colin hit with with anything that looked a trifle low. This gained him quite a few penalty points and breathing time.

I reckon Angelo hit Big Bob more times in the corner than Colin laid on him during the bout.

All that is left for Big Bob now is to be used as a yardstick for the likes of Solomon H and co, if the can get Solomon etc into the ring with the Bobster.

I think Haumona could beat him. He might as well start writing his memoirs if he can't.
