Katsidis v Diaz before 10 Feb?

Just read this on the current scene:

Oscar De La Hoya's Golden Boy Promotions has won the purse bid with a $US1.5 million purse bid lodged in San Juan, Puerto Rico WBO headquarters. Don King showed no interest. There is some doubt that Diaz wants the fight and there is a strong possibility he will relinquish the WBO title.
I really think Katsidis would rather fight Diaz, but it looks like he will probably get the WBO belt by default.
