I know this was posted already, but the idiot who posted it the last time didn't mention who it concerned... Anyways, this is a great piece imo. Fagan seems like a really good amabassador for the game of boxing- and God knows we need good guys in this corrupt sport. A tough tough kid with a kind heart- it's good to see!

Whatever you say- Fagan will have to be killed before he stops fighting. I think this will be a great fight - check this out. Even though they got Fagan's ring name wrong (it's really "GAELFORCE"), here's a piece in the Eastside Boxing website about the fight-http://www.eastsideboxing.com/news.php?p=13175&more=1

I heard Oisin Fagan was going to defend his Irish title against the recently crowned Northern Irish Welterweight champion James Gorman. Gorman is on the Duddy bill no i think against a different foe so maybe we will have to wait on that one.

I'm not sure if this thread is about a different Fagan or something but i'm on about the one that fought Spadafora and Chavez Jnr in the pros :D :box:

It's the same Fagan alright... He was supposed to fight on that Belfast card V Gorman, but b/c he got this higher profile fight, he's had to vacate the Irish belt and let Gorman fight Andy Murray for it. Rumor has it that Fagan will get to fight the winner to try retain his Irish belt after the Kimbrough fight.

great news - and get to see Andrew Murray back in the ring - I thought he went awol - anyone know why he was out of the ring for so long?

Heard he had some personal problems. I think he'll handle Gorman easy enough. I think him and Fagan would have a right old tear up though. I think Andy is the more skilful of the 2, but Fagan is as tough as they come. I think that will the next big Irish fight. Hope so! Who do you think would win that?
